The resort is east of Business 17, so the ocean is steps away and the main strip is close. You can be at Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand Mall or Market Common in a short drive. Most buyers here want a oceanfront condo they can enjoy all year.
The Three Towers
- North Tower: a high-rise oceanfront building with a clubhouse.
- Pinnacle Oceanfront Tower: built in 1986, with a pool and security.
- Schooner at Compass Cove: built in 1972, with a pool and a clubhouse.
Each tower has its own feel and its own price range. If you like tall buildings, compare it with other high-rise condos in the area.

Yes. The resort sits right on the oceanfront, so you're a few steps from the sand. Every tower in the resort is oceanfront.
