A Short Drive to Broadway at the Beach
The beach itself changes character block by block. The stretch north of 29th is quieter than the boardwalk end, and the south end toward Myrtle Beach State Park has wider sand and fewer people. Traffic is the thing to plan around. Locals use Highway 31 to skip the summer crawl on 17 Bypass, and once you learn that, getting from one end of town to the other stops being a problem.
Owners at this level tend to use the place themselves for long stretches of the year.
