Myrtle Beach Condos.net is an ongoing project to showcase all the new and established resorts, condominiums, and multi-family residences in the Grand Strand. The website is owned and presented by The Myrtle Beach Condo Store group located in downtown Myrtle Beach.

The Condo Store, and its parent company, The Myrtle Beach Home Store, is a partnership of David O'Connell and Mike Benton, both experts in investment real estate and condominium resorts on the Grand Strand.

David O'Connell is a developer and recognized locally as an expert in the investment condominium market. He entered the real estate market in 1998, with a background in marketing, and a winning personality. He was top salesman at what was then a leading $100,000,000 condominium sales company in Myrtle Beach, and eventually left to found his own preconstruction marketing agency.  David recognized early on that real estate sales were beginning to revolve around the internet, and began to build websites to promote his interests and the developments he represented.

In 2004, David and Doug Clayton founded New Resorts LLC, a company that became number one in sales and marketing of preconstruction condos in Myrtle Beach.

As he became more involved with his own development interests, David moved on to join Mike Benton in the Home Store venture, to better market his own projects and expand beyond preconstruction into resales and single family homesites. David and wife, Jessica, and their four children reside in Myrtle Beach and are active in the community.

Mike is the Founder and President of H2O Developers LLC, Slade Investments LLC, & Murrells Inlet Group. Entering the real estate market only two years ago with a background in commodity and foreign exchange trading, Mike became the top salesman for New Resorts before leaving, and has now partnered with David in the Home and Condo Store Ventures.

Mike and other partners are in the completion stage of a $12,000,000 conversion of a one hundred and ten-unit apartment complex at Coastal Carolina University and is currently involved in the development, marketing, and investment of over $50,000,000 in commercial projects. Mike knows every aspect of the Myrtle Beach condo market, and is quickly becoming a developer in his own right.  He is married to Dr. Elizabeth Benton and they have an eight-week-old daughter, Savanna Grace Benton.
